One person answers everything here, so there is no support queue, no ticketing system and no first-line triage. You are writing to the person who would run your search.
Two ways in
Email. zeecareers07@gmail.com. Best for questions, for checking whether the work fits your situation before you give up a slot in the calendar, and for anything a coach or search firm wants to ask about the white-label arrangement. I read every message myself. If two working days pass with no reply, the message did not arrive and it is worth booking a call instead.
A call. Book twenty minutes. Best when you already know roughly what you are aiming at and want a read on whether the search is the problem or the target is. Bring your target role and your last four weeks of activity: what you sent, who you sent it to, and what came back. You will get a specific answer whether or not you hire me.
What to expect in reply
A direct answer, including when the answer is that you should not buy this. The three cases where I am the wrong person to hire are set out on the service page, and I would rather establish that in an email than in month two of an engagement.
I will not add you to a list, send you a sequence, or follow up more than once. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from because there is no newsletter. What happens to anything you send is set out on the privacy page.
Who you are contacting
Hasan Waheed, co-founder of Zee Careers, founded 2023. The work is reverse recruiting: sourcing roles against a written target, writing a resume variant per posting, submitting inside the first five days a posting is live, and contacting the hiring manager and the internal recruiter on every role. Since 2020 it has generated more than 2,200 interviews for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and the Canada.
Cross-border searches are part of the work rather than an exception, so work authorisation is a filter in the sourcing target from the first conversation. More about the person doing the work is on the about page.
There is no office address to publish and no phone line. This is deliberate rather than an omission: the work is done by one person across three markets and several time zones, and a postal address would tell you nothing useful about whether the work gets done.
