Book a call
Twenty minutes. Bring your target role and your last four weeks of activity: what you sent, who you sent it to, and what came back. You will get a specific read on where the search is breaking, whether or not you hire me.
What to bring
- The role you are going for. Level, function, and the kind of company. If two of those are undecided, say so on the call and we will work through it.
- Your last four weeks of activity. Roughly how many applications, where they went, and what came back. A rough count is enough.
- Anything that constrains the search. A visa deadline, a notice period, a compensation floor, a location you will not move from.
You do not need a tidy resume for this call. If you are not sure the service is right for you, read who should not hire me first. It will save us both the twenty minutes.

What happens after
We talk for twenty minutes. If the search has an obvious problem I will name it on the call, and that part is yours to keep regardless of what you do next. If the work looks like a fit, I will tell you what it would involve for your specific target and what it would cost, and you can think about it. There is no second call designed to close you.
If it is not a fit, I will say which part is the mismatch. The three cases where I am the wrong person to hire are set out on the service page.
