Book a job-search review

Fifteen minutes on a Google Meet video call, booked through Calendly. No payment is taken to book. You leave with a read on where your search is stalling and what would fix it first.

The person whose search it is. The call is for mid-to-senior professionals targeting roles in the United States or Canada who know roughly what they are going for. If you are a career coach or run a search firm, the white-label page is the right starting point instead. If you are unsure whether the service suits you at all, who this is for takes a minute to read.

• The role you are going for: level, function and the kind of company. If part of that is undecided, say so and we will work through it.
• A rough account of your recent search: what you applied to, where, and what came back. Estimates are fine.
• Anything that constrains the search: work authorisation, a notice period, a pay floor, locations you will or will not consider.

You do not need a finished resume, and you do not need to send one to book. If you want to see exactly what the work involves first, read the service page.

• A read on where the search is stalling, based on what you bring.
• Which of the two plans would fit your target, or a plain answer that neither does.
• Answers on scope: what is done for you, what stays with you, and what is not promised.

Calendly sends the confirmation and the Google Meet link to the email address you book with. If the work looks like a fit, you will hear what it would involve for your target and which plan would suit it, and you decide in your own time. If it is not a fit, you will hear which part is the mismatch.

Either way, you leave the call knowing what is holding the search back and what to change first.
