I co-founded Zee Careers in 2023. It runs job searches for mid-to-senior professionals targeting roles in the United States and Canada, doing the search work rather than advising people on how to do it themselves.
What I do
The client agrees the target and approves every application. Zee Careers sources the roles, tailors the resume for each posting, submits the applications and keeps the tracker. The sequence each role goes through is set out step by step on the service page.

Why the execution rather than the advice
Most job search help is instruction. Someone reviews your resume, tells you what to change, explains how to network, and then you go and do all of it in the evenings after a full working day. The instruction is often correct. The problem is that following it properly is close to a part time job, and the people who most need the search to work are the ones with the least room to take that on.
So I sell the doing, not the telling. It is a narrower service and it is easier to check, which is the part I care about most. There is no version of my work where you cannot see exactly what was sent, to whom, and on what date.
How to check me
Ask for the tracker. Not a summary of it, the tracker. If it names the role, the company, the date the posting went live, the date the application went in, the person contacted and the date of each follow-up, then someone did the work. If it gives you a number, it does not matter how good the number sounds.
Apply that test to me and to anyone else you are considering. It is the only part of this market that is straightforward to verify, which is why it is the test I would want a buyer to use. More on it on the service page.
